• Private Playdates are two hours in length and start at $300. Reservation is good for the use of a play area for up to 10 kids. During this time, you and your group will exclusively use Ball Factory. Additional children (over ten) may be added for $20/child. 

• No outside food or beverages are allowed during Private Playtimes.

• Our cafe will be open, and beverages and snacks will be available.

• $200 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT

• BALANCE DUE PAYABLE IN PERSON DURING CHECK-IN (BEFORE COMMENCEMENT) 

• The name of the credit card used must match the name of the person booking the event.
