Important Details

Room capacity: 40 guests total (kids + adults). Need more room? Call us!
Desserts: Bring your own baked treats—cake, cupcakes, your favorites.
Decorations:
You’re welcome to bring themed décor at no charge.
Allowed items: free-standing table décor (plates, napkins, ONE helium balloon bouquet).
Not allowed without extra time: backdrops, balloon garlands, statement décor.
If you’re planning a bigger setup, add Additional Room Time for 30 extra minutes before your party to decorate without stress.

Food Options:
Order adult food from our menu OR bring outside catering by adding an Outside Food & Beverage Waiver (additional fee applies).

Play Access:
Parties take place during open-play hours with shared attraction access.

Booking Info

A $200 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your birthday event.
The name on the credit card must match the name of the person booking.
Remaining balance must be paid in person on the day of your event.
We accept cash or credit cards with matching ID.

PRIVATE EVENTS ARE AVAILABLE ON FRIDAYS, SATURDAYS, AND SUNDAYS FROM 6:30 PM-8:30 PM

  • 2 hours of Event Time in a Private Room with exclusive use of attractions. No other guests in the facility. Ball Factory, all to yourself and your guests.

  • Exclusive Party Host(s)

  • Four (4) 16” cheese pizzas or chicken nuggets

  • Juice pouches for kids

  • Unlimited pitchers of water

  • Colored plates, napkins, and placemats for kid's table

  • Matching cake table tablecloth

  • White cups, plates, utensils, and napkins for adults

  • Invitations - digital and printed

  • Bouncy balls for all kids at a party

IMPORTANT DETAILS:

  • Birthday parties are permitted to bring a baked dessert for the celebration at no charge.

  • Party food menu available

  • Food or beverages from outside are allowed with an additional fee. 

  • Private Party has a minimum 10% tip automatically added to the bill.

**A $400 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to secure a birthday event. A 50% non-refundable prepayment is required when details are finalized. The name of the credit card used must match the name of the person booking the event. The additional remaining balance must be paid in person at check-in. The facility accepts cash or chip-enabled credit cards with a matching ID.

Private Play & Celebrate is a two-hour event (extensions available at an additional cost), starting at $400.  During the rental period, you and your group will have exclusive use of Ball Factory. Additional children (over ten) may be added for $25 each.

Welcome to Ball Factory! Our attractions are designed specifically for children aged 12 and under ensuring a fun and safe environment for our young guests. We also have a dedicated toddler area for those under 4 years old. For birthday parties, please remember that children must meet these age guidelines, while teens can enjoy the play area responsibly and will be counted as adult guests during parties.
