ARRIVAL | DEPARTURE

To ensure a smooth check-in process, the Party Organizer should arrive 5 minutes before the scheduled party time to greet your guests. If you arrive earlier than your scheduled time, you may be unable to access the party room until your allocated party time begins. We DO NOT recommend coming any sooner as space is limited, and another group will likely be in the party room /café area. If your Party Guests arrive earlier – we will check them in for open play. To request any variations to this rule, please contact us to verify the schedule and see if we can try to accommodate your request.

If the Party Organizer is not at the facility for the greeting time, all guests checking in to the event will be counted towards the final bill.
