You will receive a call or text when your order is ready.  No waiting in the line!  No need to stop the kids from playing!  Just gather them up when you get word your order is ready and off you go to a yummy snack and refreshments.

Ball Factory does not allow families to bring in their own lunches, outside food, or coolers. However, if a child has a severe food allergy or dietary restriction we permit small homemade individual snacks for your little one. Food from outside vendors is NOT permitted. Please do not schedule any food deliveries, as it is not allowed and will be turned away. No cake, party favors, or balloons are allowed in our general Café area.
