PARTY TERMS & GUIDELINES*

 

GUEST COUNTS

 

All children 12 months to 12 years old (guest of honor, siblings, friends, etc.) are subject to count. If more kids show up on the day of the party, we will adjust your counts UP and charge an additional $20 per child. The fee does not include food, but juice and set up will be provided. NO refunds will be given if kids count on the day of the party is less than provided by you ahead of time (minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required).

 

For the comfort and safety of all guests, party rooms have capacity limits. Headcounts limits (adults/kids combined) are different per location and party package. We provide seating for up to 12 Adults in a single party room. Parents and Adults are welcome to hang out at the café area or play floor at any time during the party! Café seating is limited and is on a first-come, first-serve basis – no reservations. Call/email us with questions. 

 

CAKE | SWEETS | FOOD | BEVERAGES

 

You can arrange your sweet table with cake and other sweets. 

We are unable to accommodate (refrigerate/freeze/store aside) your cake and sweets under any circumstance.

No outside food and beverage are permitted.

ALL LEFTOVER FOOD/SWEET ITEMS MUST BE CONSUMED | PACKED IN THE PARTY ROOM. NO CAKE/PARTY FOOD ALLOWED IN THE CAFÉ AREA.

Food is prepped before your event based on the details provided by you ahead of time. You may purchase favors, beverages a la carte at your event, subject to stock on hand. Additional food orders are subject to delivery schedules & fees, and may not be available on the day of your event. ORDER AHEAD OF TIME!

 

SOCKS | STROLLERS 

 

To maintain a clean and hygienic facility, we require all guests (both adults and kids) to wear socks inside the play area, no shoes are allowed past the play floor entrance, even if not playing Strollers (like shoes) are not permitted in the play area and are best left in your vehicle as there is limited space in the stroller parking area or party room. We also do not allow strollers in the café area due to limited space and we will ask you to park it in the designated stroller area.

 

ARRIVAL | DEPARTURE

 

To ensure a smooth check-in process, the Party Host should arrive at the start of the scheduled party time. If you arrive earlier than your scheduled time, you may be unable to access the party room until your allocated party time begins. We DO NOT recommend coming any sooner as space is limited, and there will likely be another group in the party room /café area. If your Party Guests arrive earlier – we will check them in for open play. To request any variations to this rule – please contact us so we can verify the schedule and see if we can try to accommodate your request. 

 

AS A COURTESY TO THE NEXT PARTY. PLEASE HELP YOUR GUESTS LEAVE THE PARTY ROOM PROMPTLY AT THE END OF YOUR PARTY SO WE CAN PREPARE FOR THE NEXT FAMILY.

 

DECORATIONS

You’re welcome to use your decorations and paper products in the party room. To preserve the integrity of our party rooms, decorations are limited to TABLETOP DÉCOR ONLY. We do not permit wall or ceiling decorations, streamers, silly string, confetti, banners, glitters, sprays, or piñatas. Nothing can be attached to furniture, doors, or door frames. Helium balloons must be connected to weight.  

PLEASE BE CONSIDERATE OF THE TIME – YOU HAVE 2 HOURS & All items used to assemble your event must be placed in your vehicle by the end of your scheduled time. 

For custom setups requiring more time, we recommend party extensions (subject to availability, and additional cost) Give us a call/email us to check if we can accommodate it. 

 

Balloons are part of decorations and are intended to stay in the party room. No balloons outside of the party room are permitted. Popped balloons are a choking hazard for our little guests.

 

GIFTS | GOODIE BAGS | FAVORS

 

GIFTS are allowed in the party room. We do not recommend opening them as you may run out of time quickly. Please be considerate, as we will not be able to extend your party time and you need some time to help your guests leave the party room promptly at the end of your party so we can prepare for the next family.

NO GIFTS IN THE CAFÉ AREA, no exceptions - ALL MUST BE PLACED IN YOUR VEHICLE WITHIN YOUR PARTY TIME FRAME.  

 

GOODIE BAGS | FAVORS are allowed – however, they must be handed out to kids when they are leaving the facility. Please do not hand it out at the end of the party if you know that the child will stay for open playtime. We do not allow toys/small items in the play area.

 

 

OUTSIDE SERVICES

NO outside service providers (magicians, costume characters, balloon twisting, etc.) No Crafts, NO Face Painting, NO Horns, NO music equipment is permitted for safety, cleanliness, and integrity of services we provide. 

 

*TERMS MAY CHANGE, AND ADDITIONAL RESTRICTIONS MAY EXIST AT THE DISCRETION OF MANAGEMENT
