Terms Of Entry

Supervision

A parent or legal guardian must remain on-site at all times during the visit. Parents and guardians are fully responsible for their child’s behavior, safety, and adherence to all play rules.

Ball Factory Team Members are present to assist with operations and safety, but do not provide childcare or supervision.

 

Facility Rules

We ask all guests to respect others and play gently and kindly. Rough play, pushing, climbing where prohibited, or any unsafe behavior will not be tolerated.

All guests must follow posted rules and the directions of Ball Factory Team Members. Management reserves the right to deny entry or ask any guest to leave if they exhibit unsafe, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

 

Health & Safety

Help us keep everyone healthy. If your child or anyone in your group is feeling unwell, please plan your visit for another day.

Children or adults showing signs of illness may be denied entry or asked to leave the facility.

 

Shoes & Socks Policy

No shoes are allowed in the play areas. Socks are required for everyone—children and adults alike—for safety and hygiene.

If you forget your socks, they are available for purchase at the front desk.

 

Waiver Requirement

A completed waiver is required for every person entering the facility, including babies, children, teens, and all adults.

This applies regardless of whether a guest plans to play or enter the play areas. No guest will be permitted to enter the building without a signed waiver on file.

We strongly encourage completing waivers in advance to ensure a smooth and efficient check-in.
