It’s Time To Invite Your Guests
You can invite your guests in the way that works best for you.
We offer multiple invitation options—choose one or mix and match.
Option 1:
Invitations via Manage Booking Button (Recommended)
In your confirmation email, click the Manage Booking button to access your online account (you’ll be prompted to create a login if you don’t already have one).
From your account, you can:
Add a personal message to your guests
Manage RSVPs and see who is coming
Copy and share the invitation link via email or text
Keep everything fully integrated with your booking
We will email your guests to request that they sign their waiver
This is the best way to speed up check-in and keep all guest details organized in one place.
Option 2:
Printed Cardstock Invitations (5×7)
Prefer paper invites? We’ve got you covered.
Printed cardstock invitations are available for pickup at our location.
Copy and share the invitation link (via text or email) so your guests can RSVP
Option 4:
Use Any Other Digital Invitation Platform
You’re welcome to use any digital invitation service you prefer, such as:
Email or group text

Paperless Post — https://www.paperlesspost.com
Canva — https://www.canva.com/invitations/
Please ensure that you copy and share the invitation link (text or email) so they can RSVP, and check-in proceeds smoothly.
⚠️ Waiver Reminder – Please Read Carefully
Regardless of which invitation option you choose, it is essential to include the waiver link or invitation in your invitation.
🔗 Your invitation/waiver link is included in your confirmation email and is always available in your online account.
All guests must have a completed waiver on file to enter the facility — including: children, adults, grandparents, aunts, uncles, and all other attendees(even if they are not playing)
💡 Pro tip from us:
Including the waiver link directly in your invitation and encouraging guests to complete it before the party will significantly speed up check-in and help ensure your celebration starts on time.
We strongly recommend that you assist grandparents or any guests who may need help completing the waiver ahead of time.
If waivers are not completed in advance, our team will, of course, assist guests at check-in; however, this additional time will be taken from your scheduled celebration time — and we want every minute to be fun, not paperwork.
