The Big Day is tomorrow...

This is the last moment to make any changes to your order: last minute changes to rsvp's, last minute food order changes. We will do everything to accommodate. Give us a call at 630.445.8365. make sure to talk to a party coordinator /do not leave a message. Call no later than 5 PM, please.  

Please understand, we are unable to adjust the counts or adjust the orders on the day of the event.

Comfy clothes for a Birthday Kid ( it is a playground - climbing, sliding and a lot of fun awaits...) 

Change of clothes is a good idea. Just in a case ...

Socks for All (Adults, Teens, Tots, Babies - believe us it is hard to resist the urge to play at Ball Factory) 

It is not a bad idea to send a group message to all your guest with the socks reminder. You do want them ALL to have FUN!

Socks are a must to enter Play Area. 

Adults can join the FUN or watch from up close.
