You and all party attendees arrive at our Party Check-In Stand (15 minutes before scheduled Birthday Party time is recommended). Our birthday party check on the host will meet you, distribute your birthday party wristbands, and guide you to the birthday party space to begin the festivities at your scheduled time.

After check-in, you and your guest can go ahead and start exploring the playgrounds. It is hard to resist, so do not expect your little one to personally greet all the guests.  Actually, forget about it!  Your little one will be all over the playground within a few minutes!

Your party host will meet you in the Party Space right at the scheduled party start time. Your party host will go over the schedule and take care of any last-minute questions.

*Please bit that parties scheduled for any time after 6:00 pm on Saturdays and parties scheduled for 4:00 pm on Sundays are recommended to arrive 1-2 hours earlier to allow time for the guest to enjoy the attractions before entering the birthday party space.

120 Minutes in your Birthday Party Space with your birthday party host and the following activities:

FROM START: 

• 2 pitchers of Soda, 2 of water and 2 buckets of popcorn will be waiting for you in a room/space at arrival. It is complimentary so your guests have something to munch on. 

30 MINUTES INTO A PARTY

• Pizza and/ or Nuggets for the little party attendees and any additional food will come to the party space at this time.

• Capri-Suns for each little attendee

45 MINUTES TO 1 HOUR INTO THE PARTY

• CELEBRATION TIME!!! Sing, take pictures, blow out the candles – this is the time!

• Your host will take care of cutting and distributing the cake or cupcakes!  Cutting the cake your thing??? No worries, we understand traditions 

• We provide the plates, utensils, napkins, and cups!

75 MINUTES INTO THE PARTY- 45 minutes left in the party

• If you plan to open the gifts – it is ok with us! We suggest letting your already excited child open just a few gifts now and the rest later at home. It depends on the age, the child, and the traditions of course! It is your call. To be on the schedule you have about 15 minutes for that!

90MINUTES INTO THE PARTY – 30 minutes left

• You need some extra time for the gifts or still finishing the cake? Now Is the time

• This is the time when the host will bring a bill and cart for the gifts. Please review the bill. As you will see, we do not add Gratuity automatically. At the Ball Factory, quality service is acknowledged by gratuity. We believe that if you are satisfied with the service you received, you will reflect that in your tip. Your host will appreciate it a lot J.

• If you plan on staying longer ask your host to spot available tables in the café to sit by while your little one gets his/her last reserves of energy out  J.

105 MINUTES INTO THE PARTY – 15 minutes left

• It is time to start rolling out the gifts and everything that was brought in to assemble the party.

• All items must leave the facility. Café space is limited and we are unable to accommodate moving a party out of the room and continuing to celebrate. No cake products, balloons, or gifts, etc. in the café, please.

 

2 Hours has flown by so quickly. After you allotted time in the Birthday Party space, you are more than welcome to stay or free to exit the facility as you wish. Be sure to check our operating hours for the day to plan accordingly.
