Due to this unprecedented situation, we are waiving our standard reservation policies, processing full refund for cancelations or option to reschedule.

The safety of our guests is at the heart of everything we do here at Ball Factory. We want to make sure we are protecting our employees, their families, and many families who come to play at Ball Factory.
